The Communities for Telecom Rights (CTR) Campaign is a unique and unprecedented effort to provide telecommunications consumer education and protection to limited-English Asian and Latino consumers in California, regarding issues such as "slamming, "cramming," prepaid phone cards, dial-around, cell phones, and many other telecom issues.

Communities for Telecom Rights is a statewide network of more than 60 non-profit, community-based organizations coordinated and supported by three "lead agencies." Asian Pacific American Legal Center 9APALC), Latino Issues Forum (LIF) and Utility Consumers Action Network (UCAN).
